Rufus is sure that this endeavor is in vain but Rufus has decided to make sure that there is no way he can get a signal on his phone and see if he can call one of his Turks. But as he ventured into the hall and looked at the empty signal bars as he held the phone up.

But just to make sure he dialed a number he knew by heart but nothing connected. There was no hint of any kind of cell network and he wasn't going to be able to contact anyone. He seemed to be alone here, at least for the time being. It was both reassuring and concerning- he would have to survive.

He had been occupied with trying to get a signal he hadn't noticed Zishu approach him until the man spoke up next to him. The phone was tucked away as he admits defeat for now. He gives him a nod, a polite smile on his lips.
